There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she was blind. She hated everyone. She was blind since birth so she blamed God. She had multiple surgeries to "fix" what God had done to her and nothing worked. One day she talked to God. She expressed her hatred for Him. The next day a pair of eyes were donated to her. She could finally see. But when she looked at her world, she had no family. She found out that as a child her father murdered her mother and brothers as she was in the same room. She was devastated. God spoke to her and said, "I didn't give you eyes because if you saw what your earthly father had done, it would have blinded you from the purpose I have prepared for you." We lean so much on ourselves, we forget about the reason we live. Following God's lead without knowing where he's sending you. Waiting for God's timing without knowing when it will come. Expecting a miracle without knowing how God will provide. Trusting God's purpose without understanding the circumstances. So many times when we don't understand Gods plan, we depend on self. Sometimes God doesn't allow us to see the whole plan because there are road blocks in the plan that will knock us off the course of our purpose. God provides the neccassary detour that is not always the best route. Trust God no matter the circumstances.
